Enhancing the health, education, and social well-being of low-income and underserved people in the greater Houston metropolitan area through its many health care programs, training programs and community service programs, including the provision of safe, decent and affordable housing for low-income families.

Golden Bamboo Village II (GBVII)

A 116-unit multifamily affordable housing project located in Northwest Houston, near Willowbrook Mall and other shopping centers, and a number of restaurants and movie theaters. GBVII offers a variety of floor plans ranging from 1 to 4 spacious, comfortable and affordable bedroom apartment homes. GBVII also provides a wonderful atmosphere for families, with a gorgeous pool area and safe playground for children of all ages. This housing project will be funded through the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
