Enhancing the health, education, and social well-being of low-income and underserved people in the greater Houston metropolitan area through its many health care programs, training programs and community service programs, including the provision of safe, decent and affordable housing for low-income families.

Training Programs

Computer Training: Hosting training classes – MS Basic Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Basic Internet & E-mail, Web Design, Troubleshooting, CorelDRAW and PhotoShop, since 1996.

CPR & First Aid Training: Hosting training classes in collaboration with the American Red Cross and sponsored by the United Way of Texas Gulf Coast, since 1998.

Language Training: Providing English as a Second Language (ESL) classes since 1996 and Vietnamese Language and Culture (VLC) classes (1996-1999).

Child Care Training: Providing child care training classes to assist people to become certified Child Care Home Providers, since 2008.
